Tangle Ecosystem Association (“TEA” or “we/us”) is an association with its registered office in Zug, Switzerland. These Terms of Use and TEA’S Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”) apply to your use of the website tangle-association.ch and all their subpages (the “Website”) and form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

TEA is an independent, non-profit organisation with the purpose of promoting, developing, and managing technologies and applications in the area of open source software in the field of blockchain and distributed ledger technology, as well as other related technologies and applications, in order to enable decentralized and open technological structures.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TEA with respect to your use of the Website and supersedes and extinguishes all previous written or oral agreements or understandings in this respect.

If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute or legal claim resulting from the operation or use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
